UTokyo Repositoryの閲覧停止について

UTokyo Repositoryは、システムリプレイスに伴い、以下の日程で閲覧停止となります。ご迷惑をおかけしますが、ご了承くださいますようお願いいたします。
なお、これに伴い、現在UTokyo Repositoryは更新を停止しております。リニューアル後、更新を再開します。

2021年3月23日（火）終日閲覧停止

2021年3月24日（水）公開開始（時刻未定）までは閲覧停止

UTokyo Repositoryのリニューアルについて

UTokyo Repositoryは、公開基盤であるJAIRO Cloudのシステムリプレイスに伴い、2021年3月24日（水）にリニューアルすることとなりました。
新しいUTokyo Repositoryは、JPCOARスキーマというメタデータスキーマが採用されることから、国際的なメタデータ流通が促進され、論文等コンテンツの発見可能性がより向上することが期待されます。
今後もUTokyo Repositoryをご活用ください。
なお、UTokyo Repotisoryに現在登録されているデータは、リニューアル後も引き継がれ、閲覧可能です。

リニューアルによる主な変更

URLの変更

トップページのURL、各コンテンツのPermalinkは変更されませんが、それ以外のURLは変更されますので、ご注意ください。

トップページ	変更されません。現在と同じhttps://repository.dl.itc.u-tokyo.ac.jp/でアクセスできます。ただし、英語ページ固有のURL（"https://repository.dl.itc.u-tokyo.ac.jp/?lang=english"）はなくなり、アクセス後、言語切替を行う形となります。
インデックスのURL	変更されます。紀要・学内刊行物のタイトルページ、目次ページのURLなどが該当します。リンク・ブックマークをしている場合は修正が必要です。
コンテンツのURL	Permalinkは変更されません。ブラウザバーに表示されるURLは変更されます。
その他のURL	変更されますので、リンク・ブックマークをしている場合はご注意ください。

ページレイアウト、画面デザイン

これまでトップページには説明やお知らせが表示されており、論文等を探すためには「検索」ページに移動する必要がありましたが、リニューアル後は、「検索」ページがトップページとなり、より論文を探しやすくなります。
各ページ（検索結果一覧画面や各コンテンツの画面など）の表示方法も変更されますのでご了承ください。

メタデータ項目名等

メタデータスキーマが変更となるため、メタデータ項目名や、その表示方法が変更となります。

3月25日現在、以下の不具合を確認しています。ご不便をおかけしますが、ご了承くださいますようお願い申し上げます。

アイテム詳細ページ

DOIを付与していないアイテムについて、アイテム詳細ページ右側の「Cite as」欄でdoi:としてpermalink（https://hdl.handle.net/2261/ ではじまるURI）が表示される
OAI-PMHの出力ができない（近日中に解消予定）
統計データがごく一部しか移行されていないため、アイテム詳細ページ右側の「views」の表示が正しくない

紀要・学内刊行物

各巻号にサムネイル画像を設定している場合、想定より大きく表示されてしまう

コンテンツ(PDF)本体

これまでPDFカバーページ（リポジトリ掲載に関する情報が記載されたコンテンツの前に付加されたページ）を付けていたものにもPDFカバーページが表示されない

全般

スマートフォンで表示した際に、レイアウトが崩れることがある
画面印刷がうまくできない
統計データがごく一部しか移行されていないため、ランキングの表示が正しくない
アイテムリスト（検索結果一覧ページ、各インデックスの表示ページなど）で表示数を変えようとしてもプルダウンが働かない
IRDB（学術機関リポジトリデータベース）及びCiNii Articlesへのデータ連携を休止中である（近日中に再開予定）

Renewal of UTokyo Repository

The UTokyo Repository will be renewed on Wednesday, March 24, 2021, in accordance with the system replacement of the JAIRO Cloud, the publication infrastructure.
The new UTokyo Repository will adopt the JPCOAR metadata schema, which is expected to promote international metadata distribution and improve the discoverability of contents.
We hope you will continue to make use of the UTokyo Repository.
Please note that the contents currently registered in the UTokyo Repository will be inherited and can be accessed after the renewal.

Major Changes due to Renewal

Changes of URLs

Please note that the URL of the top page and the Permalink of each content will not be changed, but the other URLs will be changed.

Top page	It will not be changed. You will still be able to access the site using the same URL, https://repository.dl.itc.u-tokyo.ac.jp/.However, the URL specific to the English top page ("https://repository.dl.itc.u-tokyo.ac.jp/?lang=english") will be disabled. You will be able to switch the language displayed after accessing the page.
URL of each index	It will be changed. The URLs of the title pages and table of contents pages of bulletins and each publication will be changed. If you have a link or bookmark, you will need to modify it.
URL of each content	Each "Permalink" will not be changed. The URL displayed in the address bar of the web browser will be changed.
Other URLs	They will be changed. If you have a link or bookmark, you will need to modify it.

Changes of Page Layout and Design

Until now, the top page displayed explanations and announcements, and you had to go to the "Search" page to find contents. After the renewal, the "Search" page will become the top page, making it easier to find contents.
Please note that the design of each page (e.g. search results, each content) will also be changed.

Partial Change of Metadata Labels

Some metadata labels will be changed due to the change in the metadata schema adopted.

As of March 25, the following problems have been confirmed. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Each item page

The "Cite as" field on the right side of the item page displays a permalink (URI beginning with https://hdl.handle.net/2261/) as doi: for items without a DOI.
OAI-PMH cannot be output (to be resolved in the near future).
Because only a small part of the statistical data has been transferred, the display of "views" on the right side of the item page is not correct.

Bulletins

When thumbnail images are set for each volume, they are displayed larger than expected.

Each content file(PDF)

The cover PDF page (a page appended to the front of the content, containing information about the repository publication) is not displayed even for those that had a cover PDF page.

General

If you view the site on a smartphone, the layout may be distorted.
Screen printing is not working properly.
Only a small portion of the statistical data has been transferred, so the rankings are not displayed correctly.
The pull-down menu does not work when you try to change the number of items displayed in the item list (search result list page, each index display page, etc.).
Data linkage to IRDB (Institutional Repositories Database) and CiNii Articles is still suspended (to be resumed soon).
